By accessing or using ReplyMine ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
ReplyMine is a SaaS tool that helps users discover relevant conversations on Reddit. The Service scans publicly available Reddit posts, matches them against user-configured keywords, scores their relevance, and presents them in a dashboard. The Service reads only publicly available Reddit data and does not require a Reddit account to function.
To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree not to:
You are solely responsible for the content of any replies you craft or post on Reddit using insights from the Service.
The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by ReplyMine and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reddit post content displayed within the Service remains the property of its respective authors and Reddit, Inc. You retain ownership of any product descriptions, keywords, and reply drafts you create within the Service.
The Service offers Starter, Pro, and Scale plans. All plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time — changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Paid plans may include a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen plan will begin and you will be billed accordingly. Trial availability and duration are subject to change.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of Reddit data displayed in the Service. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Relevance scores are algorithmic estimates and should not be relied upon as definitive measures.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyMine and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that harms the Service or other users. Upon termination, your account data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service accesses publicly available data from Reddit. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Reddit, Inc. Your use of Reddit is governed by Reddit's own terms and policies. We are not responsible for Reddit's availability, content moderation decisions, or API changes that may affect the Service.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us at support@replymine.com.
